Dolf Schutte holds a LLB (UNISA), a Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Planning (Potchefstroom University) and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (University of the Free State). He also holds a Masters degree in philosophy (Potchefstroom University) and a Masters in Theology (University of Pretoria). He is an admitted Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Dolf served in the Dutch Reformed Church as a minister of religion from 1982 to 1988 and also lectured in philosophy at the University of Potchefstroom from 1988 to 1991.
He was admitted as an attorney, conveyancer, and notary of the High Court in December 1994.
Dolf has been practising as attorney with Naudes Attorneys and later Phatshoane Henney Attorneys, specializing in wills, administration of deceased estates, trusts and estate planning since 1997.
On his retirement he established Dolf Schutte Attorneys, specializing in wills, administration of deceased estates, trusts and estate planning.
Since 1994 he has gained a thorough knowledge in these and related fields. His legal expertise and practical experience are extensive, enabling him to solve clients’ problems effectively.
